SOVEREIGN WEAPONS

Your final goal here will be to craft your Sovereign Weapons. Sovereign weapons are a Primordial tier weapon and the best weapons available in the game. Our current update only has the main hand and awakening weapons available. There are 3 different methods that can be used to create a Sovereign Weapon. Each method requires different items and depends on your situation and current gear.

  • You can use any PEN Blackstar Weapons and aSovereign Weapon will be created for the class you are currently playing.

  • Eg. If you are logged into your Warrior class and use a Blackstar Longbow and Blackstar Amulet (method 2), you will receive a Sovereign Longsword weapon.,

  • If you want to create a mainhand sovereign weapon, you will need to use mainhand Blackstar weapons. If you want to make an awakening sovereign weapon, you must use awakening Blackstar weapons.,

  • Other than the crafting materials, there are no other requirements. You do not need to complete the main story quests or reach a certain character level.,

  • If you have upgraded your weapon with a Garmoth’s Heart, Karanda Heart or Kutum Heart, you will need to remove the item first using a Mirror of Equilibrium (purchased from a Blacksmith).,

  • Sovereign Weapons cannot be registered or purchased from the central market.,

Once you have the items needed for one of the crafting methods, you can craft the weapon by interacting with the "Bonghwang Statue" on top of the Land of the Morning Light’s Mount Ahshi.

1.1 MAINHAND & AWAKENING WEAPONS

METHOD 1: Combine PEN (V) Blackstar mainhand/awakening weapon with Flame of the Primordial.

  • Flame of the Primordial can be obtained by processing (L), Heating:
  • Embers of the Primordial X100.,

To collect the Embers of the Primordial, you need to complete a weekly quest that requires you to defeat a Land of the Morning Light: Seoul World Boss. The weekly quest appears automatically when you enter the boss spawn location and rewards you with a loot box that has a chance of containing Primordial Crystals, Embers of the Primordial, Sovereign Weapon Reforge Stones, and other valuable loot. There are 4 bosses in total, meaning you can obtain up to 4 loot boxes each week. METHOD 2: Combine TWO PEN (V) Blackstar mainhand/awakening weapons.

  • You must use the same type of weapon (Eg: if you want to create a mainhand Sovereign weapon, you must use PEN Blackstar Mainhand x2 and cannot use a Blackstar Awakening weapon).,

  • However, you can use any mainhand Blackstar weapon (Eg: You can use a Blackstar Longbow and a Blackstar Amulet. The Sovereign weapon will be created for the class you are currently playing).,

    METHOD 3: Combine PEN (V) Blackstar mainhand/awakening Weapon + Caphras Lv. 20 Boss Weapon + Gem of Twilight.

  • This method is the most expensive option.,

  • For the boss weapons you can use a PEN Kzarka Mainhand Weapon (Caphras Lv.20), PEN Offin Tett’s Radiant Mainhand Weapon (Caphras Lv. 20), or PEN Dandelion Awakening Weapon (Caphras Lv. 20).,

Gem of Twilight is obtained by processing (L), heating:

  • Magical Shards x100,
  • Caphras Stones x20,000,

1.2 SOVEREIGN WEAPON REFORGE EFFECTS

In addition to their superior stats, the Sovereign weapons can be reforged to have an additional 5 effects.

  • These 5 effects are chosen by the player and are added to the weapon or swapped by using a special reforge stone.,
  • The reforge stones drop randomly when defeating world bosses in the Land of the Morning Light: Seoul region.,
  • Some of the “core” (common) effects such as Extra Damage, HP, Damage Reduction, etc. have a higher drop chance, while more unique effects have a lower chance of being obtained, making them harder to acquire.,
  • Each of the Reforge stones can be registered and purchased through the central market.,

1.3 CAPHRAS STONES GRIND

Due to the higher server rates, it is possible to farm a good amount of Caphras per hour through Gathering. Because of the Life Skill QoL improvements present in the current patch, it is no longer necessary to have tools in order to perform gathering activities (plants, minerals, and animals). The most efficient ways to obtain Caphras currently are:

  • Gathering Potatoes (Finto Farm, Bartali Farm, and Loggia Farm).
  • Gathering Cotton (Ahto Farm and Kasula Farm).
  • Killing mobs in Elvia Spots
