※ I KEEP GETTING THE "FAILED TO CONNECT" ERROR?

  • Disable windows defender or Exclude game. Disable antivirus. Wait 20-30 minutes

※ I GET ERROR "PLEASE CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND CLICK PAIMON TO RETRY" AND/OR "YOUR INTERNET IS DISCONNECTED"?

  • Start launcher, find button at right Clear Metada and Restart and click it.

※ I HAVEN'T PLAYED IN A WHILE. I CAME BACK BUT THE LAUNCHER IS NOT UPDATING

  • Start launcher, find button at right Clear Metada and Restart and click it.

※ I DOWNLOADED GAME COMPLETELY BUT THE LAUNCHER DOESN'T RECOGNIZE IT (DOWNLOADING IS BEGIN AGAIN OR STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN) WHAT SHOULD I DO?

  • If your drive free space is less than 140 GB, installation will fail (after downloading) due to lack of space for unpacking. The client weighs 70+ GB, and unpacking it will take another 70+ GB. (Solution: Free up space)

※ I AM GETTING EN ERROR MESSAGE "SYSTEM.UNAUTHORIZEDACCESSEXCEPTION: ACCESS TO THE PATH 'D:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION' OR 'C:\SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION' IS DENIED"

  • Do not install directly to a local disk without creating any folders/subfolders. Create a folder (e.g., D:\Games\Melissia or C:\Games\Melissia) and install the game in there.

Tip: If you want to do download game in a different installation path than default (default path: C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\MelissiaGamesLauncher\). Install the launcher as default (default path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Melissia Games\Melissia Games Launcher). When Launcher asks you to chose the folder where you want to download the game, pick the subfolder in D:\ (you created) and install it there.**
